I developed a guide about paddling the Mississippi River a little while ago (click here to view it). If your thinking about paddling the river you will find some information that may be helpful for planning your trip. I am working on a GPS file that I should have completed (hopefully) by the beginning of the paddling season. I have planned on doing some videos as well that go into more depth, including video footage of the river that I captured.
